Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Also featured in this latest document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the property.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
