Liverpool's Star Issues Apology to Squad, Says Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has shared that Salah expressed regret to the group of players following the uproar from his televised remarks.

The striker was dropped from a vital match following criticising the club and stating his connection to the head coach had broken down.
“He speaks for himself and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, I apologise.’”
Arne Slot has previously declined to disclose on whether he received a personal apology from the player.

He emphasized that the squad's reaction remained positive. “He was the exact same Mo, he was smiling and everybody was exactly the same with him,” Jones added.
He also implied that a teammate fighting for a place is preferable. “It's clear there are different methods you can express yourself,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just sit out, then I think that’s concerning.”

Liverpool's form have been impressive in the matches since the initial controversy. The player is convinced the outburst were never meant to destabilise the squad.
“In moments of frustration, the source has been from a place of caring,” he finished. “We’re past that now and we’re uniting strongly, performing and on a positive run.”
